MARK ALCOCK

Physiotherapist

Mark joined the company in 2014 following his graduation from Otago University in New Zealand. In 2016 he stepped up to become one of the directors of the company and is now clinic manager in Warragul. He has a keen interest in sports injuries and is in his final year of his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.

His interest in sports has led him to work for Tennis Australia at the AGL Loy Yang ITF Junior Tennis tournament in Traralgon with more tournaments on the agenda for the year to come. Mark prides himself on keeping up to date with the latest physiotherapy evidence ensuring he provides a high level of care for all of clients from all walks of life.

TARNIA PALMER

Physiotherapist

Tarnia obtained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University, Victoria.

Tarnia enjoys adapting exercises for a goal-based recovery for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries/conditions. Tarnia uses a variety of treatments including; dry needling, clinical Pilates and manual therapy to help achieve client recovery goals.

RACHEL BICKERDIKE

Physiotherapist

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University. Rachel is a West Gippsland Native and currently participates in sports training with a local football and netball club. She has a love for all sports. She plays competitive tennis, and is a former gymnast and gymnastics coach.
With a strong sports focus in her life, Rachel has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates.

WALI AMAN

Physiotherapist

Wali obtained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2019.
His special interest lies in management of sporting injuries, along with musculoskeletal treatment. This ties in with Wali’s love of sport, having played basketball, football (respresenting Otago), futsal (representing New Zealand) and competed in athletics. In addition, Wali frequents the gym for strength and conditioning training.
Wali is new to Gippsland, having spent six months here before commencing with PilatesChoice, and compares the community feeling favorably to that of his hometown of Dunedin, finding it very welcoming and friendly.

KYLE SALERNO

Physiotherapist

Kyle graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Kyle’s area of interest is sports injuries, along with spinal injuries. Kyle pulls double duty as both a cricket and football player, the former as part of the West Gippsland Cricket Association, and has recently begun acting as a junior cricket coach. Outside of work Kyle spends time with his family and barracks for the Brisbane Lions in the AFL.

ROLAND BAYLES

Physiotherapist

Roland earned a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree from Australian Catholic University (ACU) in Ballarat.

Roland grew up on a hobby farm and has a passion for animals. He also likes going on nature walks, playing soccer, and swimming.

NICOLE VELEZ

Physiotherapist

Nicole is a graduate of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay (located in Manila, the Philippines). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.

Nicole is looking forward to working for a practice that is client centred and prioritizes the client’s well being by providing excellent service. Outside of work Nicole enjoys volleyball, outdoor running and going to the gym. She grew up with soccer and is currently learning the finer points of AFL. Nicole also enjoys reading novels and listening to music.
